SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Typically, your products will ship within 5-7 business days from our warehouse in Zionsville, Indiana. You designate the priority of your delivery, FedEx Standard Overnight (next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii.) or FedEx Ground delivery (1-7 business days). All orders placed after 3:00 p.m. ET will not be processed until the following business day. Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days according to FedEx and UPS shipping guidelines.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

Your purchase is eligible for return for refund within 30 days. If your item was purchased online, please call Customer Service at 888-7-HPD-GEAR (888-747-3432) (Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM ET) to commence processing of your return. All returned merchandise must be in the same condition you received it with all product and informational materials included.

We will do our best to process returns in a timely manner. Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be received and processed. Refunds usually post to your credit card within 1-2 days of processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.

Please note these additional directions for return by mail:

- Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.

- Include the original packing slip (sent to you in the original shipment) with your product and indicate the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.

- We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped.

- If the product was not damaged, defective and the correct item was shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges.

- Please do not return items COD. Any charges incurred for COD shipments will be subtracted from the amount of the returned item. You will be returned the difference. If the COD cost exceeds the value of the returned product, the credit card used for the original purchase will be charged for the remaining balance.

COUPONS

To provide our customers with quality products at value prices, HondaRacingStore.com may offer coupons for discounts on in-stock merchandise.

Coupons may not be used for the purchase of gift certificates.

Coupons may not be redeemed for cash.

Coupons may not be redeemed for an amount greater than the sales price of an item.
